I don't like having my picture taken. So, if you feel a bit awkward having your photo taken, I feel your pain. I have been photographing weddings and events for nearly 20 years, and I always aim to make my clients feel as comfortable as possible throughout the process (before, during, and after the wedding day). My vision is influenced by my background in the performing arts (music and theater), and my photography career sprang from that background (photographing live music/band and theatrical performances). After snapping pictures at the weddings of some friends in the late 1990s, I developed a true passion for wedding photography. Now I shoot between 25-30 weddings per year, and my work has been featured in The Knot Magazine as well blogs like Style Me Pretty, Wedding Chicks, Snippet & Ink, Brooklyn Bride, and Rock & Roll Bride. My non-wedding work has been shown in galleries and shows as well as being featured in international art publications.

When the weather opened up out of nowhere, it was a shock and I didn't see how the day was going to turn around.
