West Midlands Wedding Photography, Engagement Photo Sessions + Elopements

NO STOPPING LOVE - In recent months, many of our wedding photographers have communicated their desire to accommodate couples who don’t want to wait to be married and are quickly moving forward with smaller ceremonies.

By planning a simple West Midlands elopement, couples are able to stay present in the moment and fully absorb the impact of their wedding day. Given the fact that many couples feel more natural and at ease in intimate settings, it's no surprise that some of the most breathtaking wedding images come from elopements.

The WPJA has an abundance of top-ranked, West Midlands documentary wedding photographers available right now who understand that some weddings and elopements can’t wait. Find yours today!

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Where can I find a photographer for a short-notice, small West Midlands wedding?
A: There are many WPJA photographers who are able to help you out at a moment's notice. We understand that sometimes love happens and there's simply no time to lose. We can ensure that you can get married as quickly as possible — and have incredible photographs to remember your West Midlands wedding day by.
Q: Can a wedding photojournalist create artistic portraits on my West Midlands wedding day?
A: While wedding photojournalists strive to capture candid moments on the wedding day, our photographers also are skilled artists who can compose powerful portraits. If you have a specific vision of what types of images you want from your wedding day, look at the top-ranked West Midlands wedding photographers who have earned Artistic Guild awards for portrait and detail images.
Q: How can couples find reviews of West Midlands wedding photographers?
A: We call them Client Letters. At the WPJA, we decided more than 20 years ago to avoid incorporating those third-person testimonials and endorsements that are found all too often in advertisements. Instead, we elevated our listings with the use of Client Letters, which represent the actual words and feelings of the clients who booked those West Midlands wedding photographers for their own wedding.

Hi Ian, What a day!! Can't believe it has been and gone, it seems like only a blink of an eye that it was the day before the wedding... Thank you so, so much for your time and hard work on Friday making sure you captured everything and that things went smoothly...your head must hurt by the end of the day from watching and anticipating moments; you're so clever how you ensure you capture everything. I was trying not to watch you but it was fascinating to see!! Aside from taking photos, it was lovely to spend the day with you! You're so lovely and such good fun, one of my all time favourite moments was Mark's catalogue pose in the garden!! Oh and laughing when you got the licking the suit moment! Thanks for making us feel so comfortable and at ease. I really had a great morning with the team, it really makes all the difference and sets the tone for the rest of the day. Thanks for all the little things which really helped: putting my mind at ease with my silly hair worries, constantly telling me the time when I felt nervous when it was getting to crunch time, chatting to my mum, helping to fetch things, advice with questions (from all angles!) from the bridal party, oh and finding that all important hair grip on the floor - incredible! ...filling me in on how the lads were... you fitted in a treat, I hope we weren't too mad for you! Everyone thought you were great! Especially my Mum, bless her. So sorry I put the extra pressure on you re the Dad reaction photo, looking back I should have just gone with the flow but at the time thought it was so important to have that one downstairs. I hope you understand. It's weird looking back knowing your day was perfect those things really do fall into insignificance, agh!! It was such a special moment for me being able to walk up to him and see his face, something I'll remember and cherish forever. Thanks for putting up with me!!! Thanks so much for keeping everything running to schedule (I know it was tough at times) and for staying as late as you did. It was sad seeing you go because it hit home that it was very nearly over! I'm so pleased with how the day went though, it really was perfect, so thank you so, so much for everything you did for us on Friday which extends beyond your incredible photography. So, as everyone always says, we can't wait to see the photos! (Take your time, no pressure!) We hope you enjoyed our wedding day too... Thanks so much for everything, Jen and Mark

Clive, We got back late Wednesday evening and saw your email - we couldn't resist watching the slideshow of all 739 photos! Safe to say we were exhausted at work on Thursday, but it was so worth it! We fell in love with the photos and the day all over again. Thank you so much for the priceless memories you have captured of the best day of our lives! We will recommend you to everyone we know. You're such a professional, talented but chilled out guy! Your style of photography fits perfectly with our relaxed day! Thank you so much xx
