Hi, I'm Corina: candid and fun Brighton wedding photographer adventuring all over the world! I've always had a soft spot for photography and felt drawn towards it. As a kid, I used to dig up my grandmother's shoebox full of old photographs. I would stare for hours at photos of people and relatives I never met, trying to build a story around them. What were they like? How was their life? Where would they spend their time? With whom? This curiosity made me realise I have a passion for people and their stories. I had photography as a hobby for 10 years, doing mostly portraits and street photography. When I started my work as a full-time wedding photographer one year ago, I knew exactly what I wanted: to capture comprehensive life stories that will be meaningful over years to come. My work is all about capturing a crazy mixture of feelings, emotions and moments that come once in a lifetime. Through my documentary approach, I get to show them as true and raw as they come: tears of laughter, sincere hugs, little gestures that define us or spicy dance moves. I've been a wedding photographer for 16 years. I started out shooting weddings in Barcelona, Spain, where I lived and was artistically inspired for almost ten years. Now, back on home turf, I cover both UK and destination weddings. Aside from wedding photography, I provide artistic reportage coverage of business events, working for clients including Pfizer. I also do stock photography and have had work featured in hundreds of publications worldwide, from Time Magazine to The Telegraph. I've worked voluntarily for charities, such as The Cambodia Trust, and my work has been published in The Ephotozine Guide to Great Photography. Wedding photography is my passion, though. I adore being the eyes at your wedding, following emotions, and framing them artistically. My favourite subjects are moments, sometimes vibrant, other times subtle, but always very real. I've worked with many amazing people over the years, including Melanie Sykes. My other passion is my two children, Max and Romy. They provide me with amazing moments every day of the week. They grew tired of my camera very quickly, so I’ve had to learn the art of getting great photos without them noticing! If you like the way I work, please get in touch and we can chat about your plans. [East Sussex Wedding Photographer]
I've been a wedding photographer for 14 years and have covered more than 400 weddings. I love documenting weddings and telling stories with my images. I'm a relaxed kind of guy and I think that really shines through in my photography style. I love the thrill of weddings - the challenges associated with the day, the need to balance creativity with the duty to my couples, the opportunity to work alongside my couples to create something truly important to them. I've always been creative and am passionate about design - In fact, I was working as a graphic designer when the opportunity to shoot my first wedding came along - I had a love for photography, but being a photographer had never occurred to me, certainly not a wedding photographer, given my introverted nature! A friend asked me to photograph his wedding, I loved it. A shy 17-year-old amongst hundreds of people, with my camera as my only 'defence' - it was out of character for sure, but It was amazing and I was hooked. That wedding led onto another, which led onto another - until a few years had passed and I realised I'd found something I loved. I moved away from design to set up my own wedding photography studio. That was 14 years ago. Now I work alongside my partner, who offers wedding films - and we cover around 25 weddings a year. I say I fell into weddings, but I think the truth is, I just found what I love! [East Sussex Wedding Photographer]
Hi, I’m Jenny, a UK documentary wedding photographer living by the sea in West Sussex. I’m passionate about capturing moments, and can happily people-watch for hours, camera in hand. My version of your wedding story is created through emotion, how you felt as you said your vows, the interactions of family and friends, the tears of joy and the laughter. I’m friendly and relaxed and pride myself on being unobtrusive and making everyone feel at ease. In a former life, I’ve been an assistant editor, marketing consultant and trust fundraiser for a homeless persons charity. A 5-year move to America with my family gave me the perfect opportunity to turn my hobby into my dream career. Twelve years on, I still get excited about each and every wedding I become a part of, and challenge myself creatively to capture truly unique images for every single one of my couples. I’m a real foodie with a love of travel and when I’m not creating wedding memories, enjoy nothing more than exploring new places with my husband and our two talented and funny teenagers. And home wouldn’t be home without Einstein and Echo, our playful British Blue Shorthair cats. So that’s a bit about me. If I sound like your kind of person, please get in touch - I’d love to know a bit about you and the person you’re planning to spend the rest of your life with. [West Sussex Wedding Photographer]
When I photographed my first wedding, at that very moment I was amazed by the explosion of all the emotions you can experience in one day altogether! Over the years of photographing weddings and elopements, I developed my personal style and taste. After trying different approaches to wedding photography, I fell in love with documenting weddings. I adore all those unexpected and special moments that can be captured and turned into memories. Along of developing my personal wedding photography style, I also became a strong believer you should enjoy your wedding day and this is what also made me become a documentary-style wedding photographer. What gives me the passion to photograph weddings? The answer is easy - every wedding is unique and I always have a chance to learn about different cultures and traditions. I see myself as a relaxed and respectful wedding photographer. We live here and now - celebrating love of two people deserves to be captured in the most candid way. [London Wedding Photographer]
Hello! Firstly I hate writing bios - photos are definitely more my thing! Where to start? Well, I'd love to say that I was always 'arty' and never without a camera at my side growing up, but the fact is that just simply isn't how it all began for me. I was never very good 'at art' at school growing up. I always wanted to be. I was creative in the sense of making clothes and gifts for family/friends...but never 'did art' per se. Luckily, in later life I found in photography a medium through which I could express my inner desire to create and more importantly (to me), to document moments to preserve memories. I love photographing life. Not just the obvious big moments, but also the beauty in the seemingly mundane. As such my camera is never very far away from me. My inspiration is my tribe - my lovely little family and best friends - the ones with whom this journey through life would be quite a lot less enjoyable! I live in West Sussex, and can mostly be found either by the sea or photographing all things joyous in and around the South-East. [West Sussex Wedding Photographer]
My love of photography began when I was as a child, now years later we are able to while away snatched nostalgic time as memories of those family gatherings, warm summery days on the beach, school days, birthdays and celebrations, precious times spent with grandparents on the family farm in Jersey and significant people in our lives, come flooding back. When I became a parent I documented my son’s transformation from a newborn baby into adulthood – beginning with the day we brought him home from the hospital, that first mouthful of solids (!), the first day of infant school, secondary school, the first job…. proud and memorable moments. I’m a Leo and perhaps a little sentimental, but I’m fascinated by the power of photography to transport one back in time. My other passions in life include spending time with my family, friends, good food – both cooking and eating!, gardening and film – be it curling up on the sofa to watch a good film or a regular trip to The Curzon. Photography - its what I love, whether its photographing a wedding, a Himalayan mountain range or a carnival. If you like the look of my work then get in touch, and lets talk about your big day. I specialise in reportage wedding photography but if you'd like a few posed shots I'm happy to help, I also love shooting around the golden hour and am currently working on a twilight project - in which I take couples out for a lit portrait as darkness falls. I came into photography through my uncle who is a professional Landscape photographer, seeing his posters on the walls at home inspired me to pick up a camera and start seeing the world through a lens. I studied Photography at School, College and then University where I graduated with a 1st Class degree in the subject, and I've been doing it for a living ever since. My photography has been published around the world by National Geographic, The Times, The Guardian, The Independent and many more. [London Wedding Photographer]
Weddings are about the relationships and moments that happen between people and for a photographer they are the perfect opportunity to create a narrative from what happens throughout the day. With a background in graphic design, I love creating order within my frames from the fast moving events at a wedding, telling the story honestly and creatively. A lot of contemporary wedding photographers cite their influences from the world of documentary or street photography and I'm no different as these genres are generally about the relationships between people, so it translates well into today's wedding photography and what modern couples want. I've been shooting weddings since 2008, and I can honestly say that my enthusiasm grows each year with the challenges ahead. I'm based in London and shoot throughout the UK as well as destination weddings world wide. [London Wedding Photographer]
Hi, I’m Paul and I live in Kent in the UK with my wife Claire and our 3 kids. I’ve been shooting weddings for 11 years now and even typing that feels completely crazy to me! I still remember my first wedding so vividly. I won't pretend that it was always my passion to be a photographer, in fact I didn’t own a “proper camera” until I bought a Canon 450 d before me and Claire went on our honeymoon. But as soon as I started taking pictures I knew it was something I loved, I knew I wanted to get better. As with most parents I loved documenting our family as it grew. If you ever question the value of photography then just go back and look at those photos, the pictures I have of my kids as babies, of my wife when she was pregnant are just so valuable to me. I shoot on average 25 weddings a year and work with couples looking for a largely unobtrusive approach. For me photography is about taking those fleeting, often unseen moments that we are scarcely aware of and shining a light on them. [Kent Wedding Photographer]
Having studied photography at A'Level and Degree level, run my successful photography business for over 10 years, and having taught photography privately one to one and in small group workshops for 5 years I have plenty of experience and confidence in my field. My clients need not worry about the outcome of their photos, they can rest assured that they will receive a beautiful gallery of wedding photos and a friendly professional photographer for tips and advice throughout. [West Sussex Wedding Photographer]
I’m friendly and down to earth, good-humored and a perfectionist at heart. I love to travel and discover the natural world and am a big fan of music. My life behind the lens started as a cameraman and editor for broadcast television where I worked for over 10 years shooting documentaries. I bought my first DSLR in 2007 and after taking it around the world on my travels I realised that my true passion was taking still photographs that really captured the moment and told a story. After shooting my first wedding I enjoyed it so much I decided to become a documentary wedding photographer specialising in natural, fine art images. Having shot nearly 450 weddings throughout my full-time career it’s tremendously rewarding delivering images to my clients that they will cherish forever. I love to work in the most creative and compassionate way I can capture moments that display the beauty and evoke emotion. [West Sussex Wedding Photographer]

RAVES, REVIEWS, AND RECOMMENDATIONS
You shot our Dorset wedding back in September and I have to say from start to finish you was a pleasure to work with the pictures have come out better than we could have wished for. We opted for the second shooter (Chris) option and they worked superbly as a team. All of our guests commented on what a great duo they were! Thanks Ben for giving us such great photos to remind us of our special day! Mr & Mrs Dawson
Working with you was fantastic - you are very professional, whilst still being very approachable and great fun. Your photos of our wedding in Weymouth last October are absolutely stunning and everything we'd hoped for and more. We opted for the top tier package and we're really glad we did - made things so much easier and less stressful on the day - not having to worry about if you captured everything (since you brought along a 2nd photographer) and you were there until the wee hours too. Before the wedding day we met up with you over a few pints and explained our hopes & ideas for the day which you took on board and wove into your own style. What was captured was all the beautiful little natural moments that we wanted, plus all the big formal photos too. Couldn't have asked for more! You also attended the wedding in a great suit, so blended right in and didn't make anyone feel awkward or intruded upon. So glad we picked you for our photos that'll be hung on our walls, and our family's walls for many many years to come smile emoticon
You photographed our wedding in September 2013, and the results were fabulous: a good blend of unposed (which we were hoping for!), posed (obligatory family shots), and some really clever sleight-of-hand pictures of us (now framed in our living room). Can't recommend you highly enough! Zoe Hopkins and Gordon (married in Dorset).
We were recommended to you by a mutual friend and weren't disappointed, our wedding shots were first class, original ideas, excellent reportage style shots we wanted and some clever tricks with the evening sunset. Working with you was brilliant and I would recommend you for any occasion!
We really enjoyed working with you back in August 2014, you took the time in getting to know us and what we wanted. You were professional, discreet and nothing was too much to ask. On the day we had an issue in that we were unable to take our traditional photographs in a certain place and so we were unable to have them. I didn't need to worry though as you were very creative and took natural action shots of all my family and friends which definitely made up for the earlier issue. I love looking at my wedding photographs and I always get comments on how beautiful and natural the photographs are. Thank you Ben.
