I’m really incredibly lucky that my mom continued my grandfather’s tradition, and carefully captured our family moments through the lens all these years.

I’m happy to look at these old photos when I was quite young, and my favorites are the ones we’re all in together. I am sure that your children will appreciate just that. When they are 20, 30, 40 years old, they will be grateful to you for investing in memories that will stay with them forever!

The first person in the family to do photography was my grandfather. People still remember how they met him, loaded with photographic equipment, all over Pomurje. During his tenure, he spent countless films, thus stopping the time of countless events and views. He chased through the lens everything from innocent childish views to a landscape that changes over the years just as we humans change.

The photographic baton in the family was taken over by my mother. As a child, she observed my grandfather at work, who was then employed at the Fotolik Celje company in Ljutomer. Her love of photography took her to Ljubljana, where she attended a school for photographers. She chose her studio because she always wanted to create on her own and did not want to be hindered by anyone. He says it’s in photography like in life. Experience, knowledge and wisdom are important.

During the weekends, I went with my mom to take photos. When I saw the enthusiasm of the customers for the product, which also included my photos, I received confirmation that my decision was the right one. The desire to meet new people, socialize with them, and match their stories into the lens became even stronger. After finishing high school, I continued my education at the Vocational College of Photography in Sežana, where I graduated in wedding photography. I like to get to know people and their characters through the lens, as it seems to me that the camera really catches every sparkle in my eyes and that genuine expression on my face.
