My name is Gaelle and I am a professional wedding photographer with studies in Applied Arts (Nantes, France), Graphic Arts (Quimper, France) and a Diploma in Applied Photography (RMIT, Melbourne) under my belt. I am passionate about everything I do as a wedding photographer: from creating a great working rapport with my clients to ensure their special day is as relaxed and free-flowing as possible; to artfully capturing the pure emotions, small gestures and loving details of this day in the most natural and reflective way. In addition to my great passion for capturing life’s most beautiful moments on film, I proudly possess many years of experience and prestigious photography awards - both at home and abroad. My fervour for photography came to light when I was 15 years old and began experimenting with the process of developing photos in a dark room. In that moment, I discovered my passion for encapsulating real life in the art of film, a passion which only continued to grow as I did. I began my professional career within photography at the age of 21, where I worked as a photojournalist for Boston’s Canton Newspaper in the USA, acting as a mirror to the world. Aspiring to develop my technique and expertise within photography, I then furthered my studies at RMIT in Melbourne, Australia where I won two greatly prestigious awards for my work (Victorian Photography Student of the Year, 2001 - Gold and Silver awards). Highly-qualified and ready to take on the world, I returned to Europe and became actively involved in several projects in London with well known companies such as London Dungeons, Tesco and Vittel. I was later hired as a photo technician at Tapistry MM - a large lab in SoHo - where I was responsible for all C41 development, applying traditional darkroom techniques of colour and development. During this unforgettable time in my life, I rubbed shoulders and worked with the biggest names in fashion and music photography, including; Kevin Westemberg, Miles Aldridge, Kevin Westemberg, Derek Henderson and many others. This exhilarating career path has led me to the life I currently lead. After four years at home in France, working as a photo sales technician and dedicating myself to my family of five, I am now living out my dream job as a professional photographer. Still to this day nothing thrills me more than the challenge of capturing each individual couple’s special day in the most organic and unrestrained way. To be able to capture more than a picture - to capture a moment, a feeling, a thought - that is what I live for. [Melbourne Wedding Photographer]
With every wedding I photograph I bring along 40+ years of photographic experience for the Bride, Groom & their families. My approach allows everyone to fully enjoy the wedding because I will not overly direct and pose people. The day goes so quickly, and I believe Brides and Grooms deserve to have as much time as possible with family and friends. It is during these times that the moments are most sincerest. As a father of four beautiful children myself, I understand how precious family is, and how images seized today will be treasured, becoming irreplaceable in years to come. My goal for every Bride and Groom is to capture images that tell the true story, heart and soul of their wedding! [Melbourne Wedding Photographer]

I started to discover photo-reportage about 5 years through the work Trent Parke and decided the photojournalism path was right for me. I'm based in Sydney, Australia and shoot weddings all around Australia. My aim is to capture natural emotions, feelings and connections. I want personalities to be distinct from wedding to wedding and the best way to do that is to document people acting naturally. [New South Wales, Australia Wedding Photographer]
I am a candid wedding photographer based in Melbourne who works hard to ensure not a single important moment is missed. Photography became a big part of my life in 2010 when bought my first DSLR and started taking landscape photos. It then progressed into event photography, a bit of portraiture and then wedding photography in 2014. I still really enjoy going on adventures on my free weekends and capturing the beauty of this world we live in. I love traveling and meeting new people. I lost my dad suddenly back in 2014. Now, I’m not telling you this to get sympathy, I’m telling you this so you can understand my drive. I know how important and special moments are with loved ones - both the big and small moments - I strive to capture as much as I can for my couples. I really focus on family photos and candid images of family members because I believe they are so important and those memories are irreplaceable. [Melbourne Wedding Photographer]
Hello, my name is Danijel and I am an Australia based internationally renowned wedding photographer. I live in Sydney with my wife and my two kids, and I will travel all over Australia and the rest of the world, to take pictures at weddings. My wife Di, is also my image editor and virtually the other half of our business. We're married since 2002. Our approach to weddings is not about never-ending lines of formal groups or particular shot lists, it’s about working quietly and telling the story of your day through my eyes. I even keep the posed shots friendly and fun. I like to give my clients something special and different from the traditional. I shoot from the heart and my intention is to make my photography a relaxed, fun and happy experience for my clients too! This passion reflects in my photographs, and I hope you will think the same. [Sydney Wedding Photographer]
Born in Winchester UK, I moved to Australia in the early 1980s so my family could take over my grandfathers' farm. Even at this age, my life was surrounded by visual imagery, with my Uncle a Wedding and Portrait photographer, and a deep fascination with the world as portrayed in the pages of my grandfathers National Geographic Magazine. After leaving school, I pursued a career as a pilot, but my camera was ever present in my Nav Bag so that I could capture the people and places that I visited. In 2012, I walked away from aviation, to pursue my photography full time. Whilst a career in photojournalism wasn't on the cards for me, I stumbled into a career as a wedding photographer while also working part-time at the local newspaper as a ringer photographer. My style is driven by my love of the photojournalistic style, along with my passion for street photography, a genre that I indulge whenever I find myself in an interesting city with time to kill wandering the streets looking for anything that grabs my attention. I also love taking time to create portraits, I love the collaborative nature of working with someone to try and tell their story in a single frame. I am passionate about my wedding photography and want every client to get the absolute best representation of their day I can record. For this reason, I limit myself to 30 weddings per year. [Tasmania Wedding Photographer]

I think that photographers are the architects of memory, we are the emotions in the eyes of the grandchildren of our Brides and Grooms, so we are the present and the future in the same time. Julien Laurent-Georges - France [Paris Wedding Photographer]

I was born in Sai Gon - Vietnam, but I have influence in wedding photography of foreign countries very much. It happened in the period of my working time in New Zealand. That had been a great time in my life and it informs my style in wedding photography. Emo Wedding is an idea when I had lived in New Zealand. It kind of my child that I have spent a lot of time to build it up. It takes a long time to inform and grow up until now. Fine Art, Hipster, Boho in engagement and mix of modern in wedding journalism are things I am following in photography. I photograph emotion and natural moments. I'm searching, observing, predicting to capture a unique moment in every photoshoot. To me, each couple will have different stories and emotions. Graduated from one of the most renowned universities in Australia, University of Melbourne, Nam Le didn’t follow the career of business as his chosen major but changed the direction to photography because he realized his life cannot be fulfilled without photos. Among various kinds of photography, Nam Le chose to learn about wedding photography since he found the meaning of capturing spontaneous moments that just happen once in life. Especially, storytelling or documenting is the most interesting style that Nam Le pursues. Those styles are kind of challenging with most photographers because they have to capture every action containing full of feelings and emotions that past so quickly and just the skillful photographer can catch it. In Nam Le’s point of view, wedding photo is not just to keep the nicest poses of bride and groom but to save every activity of family and friends, to record all the happy or touching moments, to capture all the weird and funny things that happen during the wedding party. Nam Le believes those things just come as quick as lightning but they’re valuable and precious through the time. Let ‘s think about how exciting our children will be when looking at our wedding photos and imagining exactly what did happen with their parents in the past, how were their parents used to, what emotions did their parents experience. Audi advertisement once said: “ALL CONDITIONS ARE PERFECT CONDITIONS”. This is also the photographing direction that I will follow in the whole career as a professional photographer must adapt with every condition of weather, location or venue even thought with him, that place, that customer is totally unfamiliar. I have a dream of becoming a destination wedding photographer who travels around the world. I also want to leave a message to my beloved clients: “Don’t worry about unexpected things that would happen at your wedding, don’t be afraid of being captured unprepared context. Because what should happen, will happen. Welcome them with all your heart and recklessness, a miracle will show off and give you the best memories.” [Ho Chi Minh Wedding Photographer]

Hi, I'm Ronnie, born and grown up in Hong Kong, a tiny spot on our planet where 'East meets West'~ I studied History back in my University time, but besides my major study, I joined a documentary filmmaking course taught by a local veteran producer. That was when I started to discover my interest in videography and photography. Once graduated in 2008, I saved most of my salary from my first job, and bought my first ever camera. I became more addicted to photography, and especially photojournalism, because it has the magic to freeze a moment and tell a great story. Thanks to another experienced teacher, I was able to learn from him more advanced photographic technique and philosophy, and gradually I have engaged myself with wedding photography. Since then, I was lucky enough to cover weddings not only in Hong Kong, but also in Germany, Australia and China, with couples from various countries including France, Netherlands, Canada, South Korea and more. It's not an easy ride for sure, but I am glad that I have came through all these years and my love of wedding photojournalism simply grows with time! Besides photography, I'm a travelholic, although there are so many wonderful places yet for me to discover. Just like wedding photojournalism, I will never get bored of it! [Hong Kong Wedding Photographer]
I believe in the power of stories: they invoke emotions and impact lives, not to mention last a lifetime. And that is the motivation behind my journalistic style, which is really to capture moments in order to present a compelling story, complete with a plot and casts to tell a good story. My clients' story. I started photography back in 2008 but turned professional in 2011. From 2009, I was already the resident photographer for my school (where I worked as a teacher) and it was there that I honed my event photography. I also taught in the photography club, which helped me develop a way of making the technical simple, even to teens. Besides weddings, architecture and landscape has been a much loved photographic genre for me, which to me is not unlike weddings. Because when I stand before a majestic view (be it a countryside or a skyscraper or a special wedding), immediately I'd think: where should I stand? Which angles to take? How do I best represent this moment/place in photos? How do I tell a story? Because at the end of the day, stories matter. Especially to wedding couples, when their special day become beautiful memories. [Singapore Wedding Photographer]
Hi, I’m Orlando, a wedding photographer from Denver, Colorado, but I currently call Atlanta, Georgia, my home. Along with my wife, Lissette, I run Viridian Images Photography. We shoot mainly for candid moments when our subjects are camera unaware, while lightly blending in natural portraits. For the past ten years, wedding photography has taken us all over the world. From the spraying waterfalls of Iceland to the warm beaches of Mexico and the colorful landscapes of India. Not to mention countless cities here in America. How cool is it that we get to meet new people, document the best day of their lives and gain new friends; all while doing what you truly love in the process? It’s fantastic! We like good music, interesting design, vacation getaways, volunteer work, dining out with friends and all things Italian. Most of all, we love photography as our way to express a sense of what’s happening in the moment. So the feeling comes through even years from now. We don’t take pictures. We make fine art from your memories. [Atlanta Wedding Photographer]

From entrancing Hollywood stars and celestial beauty queens to awe-inspiring super cars, from the over-the-top extravagance of Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas to grand weddings in New York City – the photographic odyssey of Gihan De Silva has captured it all. Gihan’s odyssey which began on that fateful moment when as a young man he was enthralled by his father’s venerable Hasselblad camera has unfolded into a jet-setting lifestyle which very well could itself be the stuff of silver screen fantasy. But of course, though firmly ensconced at the starry zenith of his art, Gihan De Silva has not forgotten his roots. As the heir to Olga Studios which has a heritage of over 75 years in Sri-Lankan photography, Gihan has turned the gaze of his photography homewards with hope of imparting in the local photographic scene some of his hard-won lessons from Hollywood. In 2008, Gihan embarked on journey which – sans exaggeration – was entirely uncharted territory for a Sri-Lankan photographer – he moved to Hollywood, California. To make it in Hollywood, the centre of the entertainment universe, is for a photographer perhaps the ultimate litmus test of their abilities. This is precisely what Gihan did, and the testimony of this is to be found in the Hollywood stars and brands he has worked with. The most special day of your life deserves more from its photographs than the drab acknowledgement that you and your spouse were merely there. It deserves from them a celebration of the culmination of your love for each other through every shot and a crystallization of the joy & promise of that moment that will remain timeless. This is the promise of Gihan De Silva photography, that yours will not be just another formulaic album to prove that you had a wedding but rather that every once in a while when you open your wedding album, the memories of that day will come poignantly flooding back. To this end, Gihan – exemplifying his commitment to the utilization of new technology – has been at the vanguard of the use of both the 4D camera which lends dramatic effect to the backgrounds of pictures and a wedding album with a front page featuring a video screen to complement the still photos inside. Of course, as with all of Gihan’s work you can expect that his wedding photography too has been enriched by the cosmopolitanism of his photographic odyssey, and indeed true to form Gihan has shot weddings in locations as diverse from each other as Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Washington DC, Texas, Florida, Sydney, Sri-Lanka & India. A long time ago, when I was just 9 years old, I received my first reflex camera...simply, I fell in love with photography. Obviously, I didn't know anything about photography but I was sure that photography will have taken a big part of my life. I didn't know how or when, but it would have been my future. During my life, I tried many types of photography but no one of them had literally stolen my mind and my heart like wedding photography. I like telling stories and first of all true stories. Reportage photography could be the perfect way to tell stories. After some courses, I thought I was ready to start my career as a wedding photographer. I was really scared at the beginning, many responsibilities in my hands: create people's memories. But the passion and love for photography have helped me every time. Every wedding was a confirm that become a wedding storyteller would have been my future. So, I've started to live different lives through new couples every weekend. Love, laughter and tears during each wedding day, a lot of emotions altogether. I still remember a text message after my first wedding in the UK: "[...] you make me cry [...]" and after 3 years, the bride send me a new message saying: "...thank you again for capturing our day so beautifully". But how I look at wedding photography? Truth, this is my goal. During all day I catch every important moment, sometimes I really have stolen them but never, never I make pressure to the bride or the groom, even during the few poses taken. Everything has to be naturally. Composition, lights, shadows, movements are some of the things in my wedding recipe, there is a secret ingredient as well... Why couple choose me? There is a common phrase: "We like your pictures because there are true smiles...". That's it. [Essex Wedding Photographer]

You are a talented and accommodating photographer. Booking you and your team was very simple and throughout the lead-up to our wedding you were clear and efficient. On the day, you and your team were unfailingly polite and friendly to everyone you came across, and made us and all the guests feel very comfortable in front of the camera. Your team tried the best to accommodate the guests, our family and our demand without complaints. You are great talent for capturing a feeling in an image. You delivered a beautiful set of images that capture many very happy memories despite the occasionally gloomy weather on the day. We were particularly impressed with the shots taken at the rooftop of Excelsior Hotel. I’m sure we will continue to enjoy looking through them for years to come.
I have been meaning to email you for a few days, and the delay is certainly not any indication as to how over the moon we are with the little package that arrived in the mail last Friday! I got home to find it sitting on the counter, and after a long week at work, it was certainly the ‘picker-upper’ that we both needed going into the weekend. From the brown bag, to the beautifully printed photos, to even just how cool the USB stick is, we were excited before we even looked at all of the pictures on the USB. When we got to looking at the pictures, it was such a rush of emotion that came flooding back, because the photos are so emotional, so captivating, and so us. I can’t thank you enough for capturing the essence of the day, the love we have for each other, and the beauty of a corner of the world that has come to mean so much to us. You were such a calming force on a day filled with nerves and emotion, yet, I am having trouble finding the right words for expressing our gratitude for both your physical work (the photos) and your emotional work (your presence).
A big thank you to you, Gaëlle who knew how to capture all our emotions during our wedding day. Thank you for your availability, your empathy and your professionalism. The current is quickly passed between us, which makes the photos even more beautiful! Beautiful stolen photos that correspond perfectly to our expectations. Thank you again for all these photos that will allow us at any time to relive this unforgettable day.
We enjoyed your entire performance, your professionalism, and above all your knowledgeable eye to capture the highlights of this day. You know very well to melt among the guests, and capture a lot of small natural moments: your photos beautifully make the atmosphere of the moment.
Hello John, Thank you for capturing our special moment in both our banquet in Penang and Hong Kong. You managed to snap all our precious moments and your photos truly touched our hearts. You managed to capture all details and looking at our photos truly brings us back to our wonderful wedding again. Your light heartedness made the wedding fun and enjoyable yet all shots taken were professional and artistic. Even showing our photos to those that did not attend our wedding, they could clearly see the romance, joy and fun. A lot of people in Penang have asked for your contact details But unfortunately you are in Hong Kong! You managed very well as a single photographer in our Penang wedding, not easy for a big banquet.
Hi Alan, Just wanted to let you know how happy James and I are with your work. Looking at them makes me feel like it was just yesterday and you really captured how the whole day felt. I can't take the smile off my face whenever I look at them. I don't know how I'm going to choose which ones to frame although I do have a few favorites. Your photos are a credit to you, feel free to use them on your website or social media. Thanks again. Rebecca & James
Thank you so much Ronnie for photographing our wedding registration in October. We are absolutely delighted with the results! You are very professional and took a lot of candid photos of us. This is exactly what we are looking for, a photographer who can capture the real moment and emotion of the day for us. You certainly has a knack for capturing natural and fun memories and producing very high quality images that we will cherish for the rest of our lives . We highly recommend you to others looking for a professional and fun photographer!
Thank you for creating such a precious memory for our wedding. It was when I searched on the internet for just the perfect photographer for our wedding that I came upon your website. Your work is truly inspiring, your pictures are full of warmth and you are able to capture all those touching and meaningful moments. With you, we were certain that our wedding pictures are in good hands and we looked forward to a warm and God-loving wedding. Recalling the discussions before the wedding, your replies were always quick and passionate. You asked for our wedding details and our input on ideas gave us confident that you were serious in your work. Meanwhile we expressed to you that we hope to capture a lot of happy and cheerful moments, not necessary of ourselves but also of our guests. Now with the photos in our hands, we cannot help but laugh out loud as we go through the pictures in delight. We were wondering what was exactly happening during the time you caught the picture of people laughing so hard. We are sharing all these lovely pictures with our family and friends and everyone is so touched and pleased with them. Of course, you made us look so beautiful in these photos as we never thought we could be so photogenic! Our parents are also praising with laughter, "They are so stunning!". We really want to give a big thank you for the work you have done on our special day. Thank you Lord we met such an upbeat and passionate photographer who is able to grasp precious moments and is thoughtful of the bride and groom. We also appreciate your two assistants for their help. Wish you all the best and hope you can continue taking more sweet photos for the newly weds.
It’s been almost a year since our big day Wow. So much happiness, affection, and emotion flow back to me whenever I see our wedding pictures. I could feel my hubby’s speechless joy and also his little bit awkwardness in every single picture. And omg I looked stunningly happily gorgeous lol. Thank you for catching and taking those precious moments of joy and love into your lenses. Love your detail-orientation and dedication. Hope to have both of you again in our ceremony in a church in the future.
Ronnie, thank you for being our photographer and documenting our wedding in Hong Kong. We are thankful for the communication and the way you try to understand our wants in the consultation process. The locations you scouted for us were aptly chosen and fit well with our story and background. The candid moments you captured in our homes, the banquet hall, and on the streets of Hong Kong gave us much bragging rights and most of all, the perfect way to cherish a special day. We are also thankful for the extra effort you took in creating the custom-made memory drive and photo box. Thank you very much.
Love all the captures, and people’s reactions and emotions. Priceless! Thank you so much Ronnie for being a huge part in our multiple wedding events! We are so thankful that we have found you and guess what, it's only the beginning. Many more events we love to have your help in documenting!! Through your lens, we were able to see what we didn't on those days and get to relive in those moments again.
