England and Derbyshire wedding reportage photographer Ashley Davenport

Hi I’m Ash Davenport from Miki Photography, an international award winning Wedding Photographer in Derbyshire but covering the whole of the UK. I specialise in a blend of relaxed and creative portraits and a documentary approach to capturing weddings. So if I were to try and describe my style in three words it would be, LOVE, FUN & STYLE. LOVE – For me that’s what a wedding is primarily about, and what I'm trying to capture the essence of: two people who love each other enough to say that they want to spend the rest of the lives together, surrounded by all the people most important to them. FUN – Whether it be joy, happiness, or laughter I want your images to resonate with real emotions. So relax be yourselves, and just enjoy it – and then allow the pictures to reflect that. Don’t worry I be mostly blending into the day capturing it all as it all unfolds. No fake smiles, no saying cheese and no looking at the camera. Just awesome imagery of people being themselves with real relaxed expressions. STYLE – I always strive to make you both 'look good’ especially in the parts of the day where I get to spend a few moments with you and hopefully produce some pictures you’ll be proud of and happy to show your friends and make them go 'WOW’. If that sounds like something you’d be interested in, I’d love to hear from you. [Derbyshire Wedding Photographer]

Istanbul wedding photographer Derya Engin, of Turkey

Even in my early years, photography has always been a passion in my life, started taking photos of almost everything I find worth to see when I was a teenager. I got my post graduate degree in photography in 2008 and I've been shooting weddings for 11 years by now. I love to capture the love and passion and happiness between the couples and I'm experienced in destination weddings and elopements. I define myself as a wedding photojournalist, when it comes to capturing the day. I focus on to capture the most natural and special moments of your special day and I do care about to bring the artistic look in every image. If missed, the moment is lost forever. It is my passion, responsibility and expertise to capture those moments for you to cherish and remember for years to come. To tell you about myself a little more; I was born in 1982 and I am happily married for 10 years. I am a dreamer, a traveller and my favourite colour is purple! To get to know more about me and my works, you can simply visit my website and drop me a line. Looking forward to meet you! [Istanbul Wedding Photographer]

London wedding photography by Chloe Delmonte, of England United Kingdom

I was born in Manchester almost 30 years ago to my eclectic fashion designer Mum and entrepreneurial Dad. Growing up I absolutely loved the indie, vibrant, musical, grimy, authentic vibe of Manchester and it served me well as a backdrop for all my creative endeavours. I was always in the school art room and constantly making a mess of my parents home with my collecting and collaging. I was always the one following my friends around with my vintage film cameras at all the gigs, nights out and Oasis concerts. In 2012 I graduated from Central Saint Martins art school in London with a BA in fine art photography and went on to start my photography business full time. I've had my photography featured both online, in magazines and in galleries in London, New York, and Tel Aviv. I've photographed everything from births to boudoir, from street photography to celebrity portraits but my favourite is by far weddings. It's everything in one. The candid moments, the emotional ceremonies, the bridal portraits, the dreamy first look, the tears, the laughter, the wild dancing, the sparkler send-offs. I feel like I've traveled through time by the end of the night and I love every crazy moment of it. I usually work with my husband who is a very talented filmmaker and photographer (if I do say so myself). We have traveled the world together and we are hooked, we've got that travelling bug. Our favourite places so far are Montenegro and Cuba. If you haven't been yet, GO! We got married in early 2018 and it was amazing! Having done it ourselves it gives such a perspective on what the day can/does feel like. It's great for us to know what it's like to love and trust your photographer and just enjoy the day without a moments hesitation. [London Wedding Photographer]

While wedding party stereotypes still exist, most people realize there’s more to being a bridesmaid than looking beautiful, more to being a groomsman than adding life and excitement to the reception party.
