We are anxious to create a picture story chronicling your religious, modern, symbolic, small wedding from beginning to end. In this sense, it is no different from any other event that we have covered. The emphasis is on documenting key moments, capturing spontaneous displays of emotion, telling your real love story, as well as creating artistic portraits and details.

For a long time now I’ve loved having a camera in my hand and documenting peoples stories. I get excited about capturing the spontaneous and significant moments that make up our lives, moments that can’t be rewound or paused. But I’m also fascinated by the relationships and interactions we have with each other, which is why I’ve always preferred taking natural, honest images that are a reflection of our real selves. A big part of my life are the trips I take abroad with my camera, as I love exploring new countries, embracing new cultures and capturing the lives of the people I meet along the way. It’s my chance to unwind and recharge the creative juices, so that I’m fully prepared for the year ahead. It’s a privilege to have had my travel work featured on prestigious websites and magazines over the last few years, and it was an honour to have been shortlisted for International Street Photographer of the Year by the ISPA. My love of photography began when I was as a child, now years later we are able to while away snatched nostalgic time as memories of those family gatherings, warm summery days on the beach, school days, birthdays and celebrations, precious times spent with grandparents on the family farm in Jersey and significant people in our lives, come flooding back. When I became a parent I documented my son’s transformation from a newborn baby into adulthood – beginning with the day we brought him home from the hospital, that first mouthful of solids (!), the first day of infant school, secondary school, the first job…. proud and memorable moments. I’m a Leo and perhaps a little sentimental, but I’m fascinated by the power of photography to transport one back in time. My other passions in life include spending time with my family, friends, good food – both cooking and eating!, gardening and film – be it curling up on the sofa to watch a good film or a regular trip to The Curzon.
