In 2018, after 13 years of documenting hundreds of big, extravagant weddings, I decided to keep my focus on my favorite kind of celebration- small weddings. Sometimes called micro weddings, my definition is a wedding day that's six hours or less. I have photographed over fifty courthouse weddings at the Frederick County District Court- in fact, I got married there fourteen years ago! Micro weddings keep the focus on what the day is all about- celebrating the union between two people. Sometimes there are guests, and sometimes I'm the only witness. Sometimes it's in a courthouse and other times it's on the beach, in a backyard, or at a favorite park. However it's done, it's always awesome. Micro wedding packages start at one hour of photo coverage and go up to six hours. If you need more than six hours, I'm not the photographer for you- but I would be happy to introduce you to some incredible wedding photographers who can help you out! Destination elopements, destination courthouse weddings, and destination micro weddings are accepted on a case-by-case basis.
