Relaxed Approach and Skills Define Irish Wedding Photographer

I’m an Irish photographer from Cork, living in Dublin. I’ve relished the challenges that wedding photography presents ever since I started photographing them professionally in 2009. Over 300 weddings later, I love how each is unique, and the challenge of capturing the moments on a day without intruding on it. I shoot no more than 30 weddings a year, and am an active member of the Irish Professional Photographers and Videographers Association. I believe strongly in education, in sharing knowledge with my peers, and in learning from them. My photography is driven by light - often found, sometimes created - and I love nothing more than the creative challenge of working a scene to find the best composition of the best moments in the best light. Wedding photography has so much potential to capture the true story of a wedding day without the need for the photographer to dictate the day, and my goal at every wedding is to document it without dominating it.
