I've been a photographer for 20 years. I worked as a photojournalist during 15 years for a newspaper. Now I'm loving wedding photography. I love to tell a story, capture emotions and instants, joy and hapiness. [Limoges Wedding Photographer]

I am a British born wedding photojournalist now living in the Aquitaine region of France with my wife and young family. A professional photographer since 2002. My original passion in photography was for black and white fine art images and I do still continue to exhibit my fine art work here in France. My work then progressed to portrait photography and I was always drawn to the natural, real image of a person not posed and formal but something that really showed a persons character. My portrait style and client contacts then took me into the world of wedding photography. I just continued taking photographs as I saw the moments unfold on the wedding day. My clients liked the informal and discrete way that I photographed the weddings and the results were well received. I personally took a great deal of pleasure from those first few weddings, what better event for a photographer to capture a wealth of emotions, the spectacle, the excitement, the romance, the fun and the glamour? I love the wedding photography here in France. Every wedding is unique, individual in its character and emotions and it is immensely satisfying for me as a photographer to have the privilege to be a part of the day and to write that special story in images. It is amazing for me to think that the images I take will be there acting as a memory of a truly unique and special day for the Bride and Groom for so many years to come. France the land of love and romance. [Lot-et-Garonne Wedding Photographer]
I have been a photographer for 5 years now. Before that, I was in charge of HR in a big corporate business; photography at first was a way to let out some steam, it was a very demanding job requiring a lot of letting go. At first, I was shooting exclusively empty landscapes, with no one, no human activity, maybe because I had to be overly social in my daily job. One day I got fed up of my job, decided to devote my time to my passion and started a retraining. In the beginning, I was not attracted by social photography (wedding, portraits). But today, I can reconnect with what I liked in my HR job, help people write their own story and memories. I need it, it’s my fuel. Shooting weddings is my media to tell a story and render what I learned about people. It helps me keep faith in humanity and in feelings we too often try to hide. I also do a lot of corporate photography along with personal projects. [Pyrénées-Atlantiques Wedding Photographer]
