Fille graduated as a pharmacist in 2010 but soon felt this profession was not his true calling. During his studies, he got fascinated by photography. Two years after his graduation he started taking his hobby to a new level by photographing parties and events he would normally attend as a guest. Especially attracted by beautiful light and human emotions he started photographing big festivals and parties around the globe. After 3 years of combining these 2 jobs, he gradually got drawn into weddings and kept evolving ever since. Today he has shot about 140 weddings in about 7 years time. And he usually shoots about 23 weddings per year nowadays. He has always been inspired by numerous different photographers, which influences his work in a very diverse way. Alex Webb has inspired him to explore the world of layering. Fille's own background as a festival photographer has brought him a very dynamic style of shooting, focussed on human emotion, light, and colors. Fille is also a keen travel photographer and loves to combine this with his job as a wedding photographer. [Antwerpen Wedding Photographer]

When people come in and ask me for pretty pictures, presented in a classical way, I tell them to look for another photographer. Because with me you'll receive something different. We don't want pictures that show you, your family and friends posing with a big smile on their faces. We want the pictures to have a true emotional value. We want to capture the true emotions of your wedding day. We try to intervene as little as possible, but catch the moments that really matter. During the wedding shoot the couple will receive my guidance and advice to make the shoot into a really fun experience. The emotional and artistic photos will remind the couple of their perfect day. As a fulltime wedding photographer I obtained the necessary knowledge and technical skills to work the camera and to afterwards put the best contrast, colour, and details into the pictures. Pictures can be delivered in different presentation: albums, animated slideshows, collage, cards or big size printings on different materials. I am also co-founder of VZW Studio, the association for professional photographers. It is important to me to defend the interests of the professional photographer end it gives me the chance to constantly improve my skills, through their workshops and courses. [East Flanders Wedding Photographer]

I am a wedding/family photographer that photographs honestly, without bulky lighting systems or assistants. As a wedding reportage photographer, I observe and capture the genuine moments, real emotions and reactions. I'm taking pictures for over 15 years now but I've been shooting weddings for 7 years. [Limburg Wedding Photographer]

Perfect is boring. I'll just deal with the real. Real is better. That's what I'm photographing for. No uncomfortable staging, just be you and I'll do the rest: Translating real-life stories into unforgettable images for you, your family and your friends. Formed as an architect my passion for photography guided me to the visual storyteller I am today. I catch unstaged moments in attracting compositions. Every moment counts so for every wedding again I'll work hard from the early mornings until your epic dance moves. [Antwerpen Wedding Photographer]

Hey there, I'm Yves. A wedding photographer from Belgium that has been shooting weddings since 2014 after leaving the corporate engineering world behind him. This wedding photographer life has been a rollercoaster which led me to meeting a warm wedding photography community of friends, seeing all parts of the world and enjoying this creative outlet. I love both creative portraits as well as a more documentary approach to wedding photography and everything in between, which makes me feel a kind of hybrid. As long as my images evoke emotions, I'm a happy camper. [Antwerpen Wedding Photographer]

Photography and people are Joshua’s two greatest passions. Utterly curious – a nice legacy she got from her grandmother – she loves to meet new people, observe them and capture what they are all about. She is both outgoing and calm so to make everyone feel at ease. Very patient, she has a special radar for shenanigans. Her goal is to document small but great moments that might otherwise go unnoticed, to capture the moment just as it felt that day. She is a visual storyteller. Mostly self-taught, she has been a professional photographer for the last 7 years, full time since 2013. She is based in Antwerp, Belgium, and travels in (and sometimes out) Europe for Day in the Life sessions and Weddings. She is at her best when shooting true, unstaged and profound moments and events – in a relaxed atmosphere. [Antwerpen Wedding Photographer]

"Nothing great has ever been accomplished without passion" I graduated as an engineer and worked as a professor in biomechanics for some years but decided to take a 180° turn in life to live my passion and to become a professional family and wedding photographer. I love my work so much, especially wedding photography as it enables me to - to feel and capture your personality and emotions, - show all the love you have for each other, - catch authentic and spontaneous instants, - bring out the beauty of the moment, - document your wedding with poetry and simplicity ... Hope to meet you soon. [Brabant Wallon Wedding Photographer]

I am Jonas, 39, born in Ghent and living in Aalst. Married to Heike and father of Mon (6) and Miene (4). Together my everything. In addition, I am fond of the sea, music, sour candies and photography, of course. To me, photography is a hobby that got out of hand. After enthusiastic reactions to my travel photos, friends asked me to photograph their children or even their wedding. And with success, because many tens of thousands of photos later I could make my profession out of photography. My style? Spontaneous, romantic, no-nonsense photography. But especially: non-everyday. [East Flanders Wedding Photographer]

Coming from a creative family I started drawing at a very early age. Now I freeze unique moments with my camera instead of a pencil. What I love most as a wedding photographer, is to be able to capture all these emotions and moments during a wedding day. A smile, a kiss, a tear...all these little things makes me feel very privileged to be there and create all these images that will last forever. I love meeting all these new couples, there families and friends and the interactions between them. No wedding day is the same! [Antwerpen Wedding Photographer]

Hi, I am Carolina. I was captured by the image after I'd seen an exhibition of Henri Cartier-Bresson many years ago. The way he translated life into the image was so calculated and yet so spontaneous. In this way I also wanted to look at life, I began a search for a form in the ordinary things of life, the emotions, people and events around me... I want to capture those moments when we are real, honest, and pure… That is how we want to be and how we want to give. [East Flanders Wedding Photographer]
Photographer from Ghent, mother of two, book lover and (slightly) chocolate addict. And I especially like to capture your story on a photo. I am a self-taught photographer. I bought my first camera with my very first pay at the age of 23. Finally! I learned the basics at evening school and then I developed further on my own. Long live the internet - a source of endless inspiration and tips. A few years later I started as a photographer in secondary occupation. And when I was 32, I decided to go for it. Now or never. Fully freelance photographer. And wow, how blissful. I work harder than ever before but most of the time it doesn't even feel like working. [Ghent Wedding Photographer]

My photography must exceed your expectations. I laid the foundations at the Fotovakschool, I followed courses, but the most important thing: I followed my heart. I have found the perfect balance between ambition, challenge and love in my constant search for the perfect picture. My portfolio is proof of that. I want to create something. Something deep personal. I want to make the real connection with people. Being present in the unconditional love that two people feel for each other. Capturing it, it is a homage that gives me unbridled energy. ['s-Hertogenbosch Wedding Photographer]

I'm French wedding photographer. I do it since 2012. I'm married and I have one daughter, they are the inspiration in my life and they push my limits to be a better person and a better photographer. If I do this job, it's to feel happiness and love...I love that. there's no best job than to be a wedding photographer [Lot-et-Garonne Wedding Photographer]

Ten years in computer science and one burn-out later...I decided to travel for one year around the world. We are in 2012 and I buy my first camera. Ma passion for photography is born. In 2014, the best friend of my father invited me and my camera to his wedding. A BIG revelation to me, observation, instinct, moment, story... I love stories, I love moments, I love people, I love travel. I'm French, working in Nancy, and worldwide. I'm 35 with 2 wonderful little boys :) [Vosges Wedding Photographer]

Hi, I am Tatyana Chohadjieva - a wedding photographer from Bulgaria. I fell in love with photography at 10. I’m shooting weddings professionally since 2012 after leaving the career of tv journalist (news reporter and anchor). Both professions are pretty much the same - capturing the essence of a moment from an exciting and authentic point of view. I adore to explore new places, human faces and moods, gestures and expressions, to look beyond them, to find beauty in everyone. I'll be happy to meet you. [Sofia Wedding Photographer]

Hello, it's me, Lucille! I am 32 but feel like I was 10 yesterday! I grew up in the Paris area, travelled abroad for studies and work before settling in the eastern part of France near Luxembourg. I love my little city of Metz where I enjoy life's little pleasures such as a drink at a terrace, exhibitions, and concerts. I started photography during family gatherings and fell in love with documentary photography. A never dreamed of a fairy tale wedding for myself, so I never thought of a career as a wedding photographer! One day I photographed a friends' wedding and discovered it was such an exciting playground for a photographer. I love sharing this special day with you, capturing all these little moments and offer you timeless memories. [Metz Wedding Photographer]

Andreas Pollok is an international award winning weddding photographer from Germany. He is based near Heidelberg and Frankfurt. He is documenting wedding all over Germany and Europe. He photographs the wedding day in a creative documentary style with dramatic and romantic portraits. [Baden-Wurttemberg Wedding Photographer]

The more life experience I get, the more I realise the importance of being in the moment. Playing with my children rather than observing them over my laptop; Watching a movie with my wife and just enjoying her company, the easy silence, the film and forgetting the stream of social media updates; Taking the dog out for a walk and just enjoying the walk. As they say, "waking up to smell the roses". My approach to photography is a reflection of who I am: in the moment, spontaneous, observant. I look for shards of interest in the ordinary - maybe a touch of humour, a fleck of irony, a cool reflection. I do that because I'm mindful that I'm here right now and there's always something going on - right now! My other half and I have three children and a dog. I've shot weddings all over the British Isles and USA. I'd love to hear from couples who share my passion for photographic storytelling, who use Pinterest for ideas, not rules; and who place importance in images that reflect who they really are, not what trends tell them to be. [London Wedding Photographer]

A few years back, I was already an established landscape photographer when my cousin asked me to photograph her wedding. When I do things, I'm 100% committed. My first move was to read tons of articles about wedding photography and to go through hundreds of images to get a grasp of what to do and what not to do. I was highly influenced by the great Tyler Wirken and his journalistic approach. On top of learning a few tricks from his blog, I also bought the right gear, a 35mm prime lense. The smile on my cousin's face when she saw her photos was so rewarding that I decided to shoot more weddings and soon after it became a full-time job. Over the years, I have developed my ability to be at the right place at the right time, by anticipating every moment of a wedding. This helps me to capture all the emotions going on on the big day. Shooting weddings has had a great influence on my approach to photography and my personal life. I now apply the same principles when I take pictures of my own baby-girls: my wife is so grateful to have souvenirs of these candid family moments. This is why I take so much pride in documenting weddings, because I know how important these moments are for the bride and groom. [Luxembourg Wedding Photographer]

My name is Maxime and I have been a wedding photographer since 2014. What makes me special? I am a human photographer. Because what I love above all in my job is meeting you, understanding your history, your favorites, and your desires. I have traveled a lot, observed fabulous monuments, photographed sumptuous landscapes ... but for me, nothing beats the warmth and richness of human encounters. We're all different. Our experience and our sensitivity make us unique. Immortalize the fragile moments, the stolen looks, the tender and discreet gestures that express what you are: this is what drives my work as a wedding photographer. [Hauts-de-Seine Wedding Photographer]
Wedding & Lifestyle Photography by Paulina Sliwka for those who simply love beauty… Hi! My name is Paulina - a wedding & lifestyle photographer based in the South of the Netherlands, photographing all over the country and Belgium, increasingly around Europe. Mostly I shoot weddings, but also love, boudoir, maternity, and family sessions. I also organise mentor meetings for other photographers. People say about me that I am “extremely friendly, enthusiastic and cheerful”, “fantastic and energetic”, ”with lots of energy and a head full of ideas.“ Work as a photographer is the best job I could have ever dreamed of. I love every aspect of it and it fits perfectly my temperament, character, and passions. I am a huge fan of natural photographs, full of emotions, happiness, passion and, above all, that shows how beautiful you are. My work’s been published in many different ways and I have received a lot of beautiful opinions from my couples. [Tilburg Wedding Photographer]

Hello, my name is Anouk Raaphorst and I am a professional wedding photographer from Westland. In 2010, after my education at the Photo Academy in Rotterdam, I quit my job in the brokerage and I started I Shoot Love Wedding Photography. My photography stands for spontaneous fresh wedding photos in a journalistic way, not staged. Fotos that really tell your story to live again and again. Creativity & unique moments are central to your day, full of love and emotion. All this, just like my photography, with an eye for detail. You get married at a location that unleashes something. All the preparations that you now enjoy fall into place during the day. One thing is certain, a day to remember. [Zuid Holland Wedding Photographer]

The photos have arrived! And of course, we absolutely love them!!! You've really captured the spirit of the day and all the moments that made it special. We can't stop looking at them - there's just so much to see in every photo, and the longer we look at them, the more there is to see! The composition of some of them is just genius. We had such a fun day, and I'm just delighted that we've got these photos to remember it by - we're so lucky we found you. The presentation box and USB key are also gorgeous, such a lovely touch. I can't even imagine how much work went into the photos, we've spent hours and hours just looking at them! So a MASSIVE thank you and AMAZING work. Cat
