A bride and groom walked down the street, sheltered by an umbrella, to make their small wedding a memorable one

Sophie and Matt (the bride and groom) and their wedding guests walk along the famous 'shambles' in York, towards the reception.

Sophie and Matt had to downsize their wedding considerably, changing venue and location and cutting their guest list to 10. However, I still photographed their day and will be forever grateful for this. It was one of my all-time favorite weddings and shows that you do not need a huge guest list and elaborate venue to have the best day ever. All you need is two people in love - the rest all just falls into place.

All the images are unposed, documentary images - no portraits and any details are captured 'in context' within the moment.
