This is the story of an elopement. Vito and Marta decided to get married away from home, taking only the essentials with them: their clothes and their most important people - their parents and siblings. I was the sixteenth invited to their escape, and it was wonderful to be part of their most beautiful day. Living through their essence was one of the greatest emotions of my life; it made me reflect on how little is really needed to do something so important. The chosen location was Tenuta Savoca, a green lung in the middle of Sicily – a magical place where we could breathe love.
