Joëlle and Alexandre postponed their wedding to 2021. But despite these times of troubles they decided to still maintain a civilian union in Orleans, France in mid-July. With their closest friends and family, they married in front of the mayor before having a wedding lunch at Alexandre's family home.

Ten people max were in the town hall for this ceremony, the mayor and myself included. Some waited outside, sneaking by the door to witness the "yes" moment.
A small reception took place at the home of Alexandre's family. The bride and groom are having some fun with their friends listening to Lebanese songs, home of Joelle's family.
