Dana and Derek’s October wedding took place at The Lost World Adventures Travel Agency in Decatur, Georgia. The couple designed a ceremony that blended Jewish, Unitarian Universalist, and Pagan elements. The ceremony, led by their UU minister, was short and simple and included family members, but no wedding party.
A cocktail party and meal followed the ceremony. Afterward, the couple signed their ketubah, a Jewish marriage contract, and cut and shared the cake with their guests.
