The newlywed couple chose to elope and held their small wedding at the parent's house, with a backyard At-Home setting. Close friends and family were in attendance, and the unforgettable elopement photo captured the beauty of the special day.

Lorie and Keena met through a dating app in 2015 after Lorie moved to Texas from Georgia.  

Their love story began with a wonderful first date. Keena says that “Even though it was our first meet up, the connection we made with each other was enough for us to know it was the start of something special.”

Their first year together involved lots of driving, because they lived more than 70 miles apart. Despite the distance, within the year, Keena asked Lorie to be her girlfriend. And soon thereafter, Keena and her daughter moved to Austin with Lorie, where they became a happy family.

After three years together, they decided to get married. 

The wedding took place in Tucker, Georgia in the backyard of Lorie’s parent's house.  Close friends and family were in attendance.
