The Hotel Du Vin is situated directly opposite Brighton beach. I captured the couple as they walked toward the beach in the late afternoon winter sun, framed by Brighton's historic pale green railings.
Bride Irina is from Russia and her husband-to-be from Brighton, on the South Coast of England. The couple opted for a small celebration in Brighton with around 20 close family and friends, some of whom had flown over from Russia for the occasion. The wedding was held at Christmas time, and although cold, the couple enjoyed lovely sunshine and made the most of the beach location with an afternoon stroll on the seafront. Their day continued with a sit-down meal and speeches at a historic, boutique hotel nearby.
