We were immediately moved by your infectious love for weddings and wedding photography; no nonsense attitude to talking about all things wedding-related (there is no pretense about you whatsoever); and, your proven track record of absolutely gorgeous wedding photography that reflects a commitment to moving away from the staged stock photo-style of wedding photography reminiscent of a different era. Ultimately, however, you drew us in with your down to earth personality; we knew we’d be gaining a friend a teammate in this crazy process in addition to a photographer. And, let’s face it, from one fellow Brit to another, your British heritage did not hurt either! ;-) I was surprised by how much we needed you at the wedding. We had the privilege of working with you ahead of the wedding with some engagement photos (which I highly recommend), and we definitely got to know each other then. As a result, I was so happy to see you again at the wedding, and was reassured by the quality of the engagement photos that you’d do an excellent job again at the wedding.
