The couple had a memorable first dance as husband and wife on a sunny day at a simple backyard wedding with family and friends

Samantha and Richard share their first dance as husband and wife on a bright, sunny day in Connecticut. Their simple backyard wedding was a memorable event for themselves as well as their siblings and close friends who were in attendance.

Like so many other couples who had weddings planned in 2020, Samantha and Richard were forced to abandon their original, more elaborate wedding plans. Rather than cancel the event altogether or postpone it until they could have the large gathering that they had intended, this couple decided to host an intimate wedding ceremony in the backyard of their Connecticut home. With their siblings and two of their closest friends in attendance, this couple's event was anything but scaled down. It may have been casual and relaxed, but it was also filled with raw emotion and authentic love.
